The Bestway to improve health is to exercise daily, To what extent do you agree?


The finest means of enhancing health is to exercise daily. In this essay, I am going to elaborate to what extent I agree with this opinion because having a nutritious and healthy diet is not enough for enhancing health.
Firstly, Regular exercise is beneficial for our health if it is done routinely. Regular exercise can increase our immune system, due to an increase the function of hormones in the body. Kathleen Zelman, a Health Director of WebMD explains that the body will be more free to move when we exercise. It will trigger the process of metabolism and blood circulation to become smoother. The result is the body will be healthier and stronger and not easily attacked by diseases.
Besides, Regular exercise can increase appetite. It is because movements are made while exercising can stimulate the digestive organ actively moving. The digestive organ will work more optimum to adjust energy needs for the body. For instance, the food entering to the body will be processed entirely and ultimately makes them hungry.
To sum up, day to day exercise is the best solution for improving health because it can increase immune sysem and appetite.
